Best Boston Rooftops
Cambridge Center Roof Garden

This is a hidden gem situated on the top of a parking garage right next to Kendal/MIT station. Found it by walking past, and noticed a big sign on the building. I felt like I was bypassing, needed to enter the garage and find the staircase, and then get to the rooftop. A nice calm oasis in the middle of the city.
The Healing Garden at Yawkey Center
This rooftop garden was made for patients of MGH and their visitors, but anybody can enter. The garden has a great view on Charles river and Back Bay skyline. Located right across the Charles/MGH station.
Tufts Library Roof
One more hidden gem. Located on the top of the library. No restrictions on entrance give a sense of a concrete jungles explorer. You might not end up being there on your own, though. The place is favoured by students and other local residents.
The Colonnade Hotel Rooftop
A rooftop with a bar and a swimming pool on the top of a four-star hotel. Great place to spend a lazy weekend with a great view.
Located at the top of the Theatre District hotel, this rooftop probably is the best in Boston. Located right in the downtown, it offers a fabulous view over the city. Chill on the roof and then head to a swimming pool open for visitors (not open-air).
